Rates are per night
Optional pool heating is available upon request - $175 per week or $30 a day
with a 3 day minimum
Reservations less than 5 nights require a cleaning fee
A refundable deposit of $200 is
required at the time a reservation is confirmed
The home is available on a first come first serve basis and must be confirmed with
a deposit
Reservation crossing over different seasons will be pro-rated by night
Pets are not allowed
Cigarette smoking in not allowed in our homes and must be confined to the patio
and outside areas

We want to give our guest the added advantage of viewing the home we have available prior to your commitment on your vacations plans. Please be advised, if some unforeseen situations should occur that makes the home unavailable at the time of your arrival, you will be moved to another similar home to ensure your vacation enjoyment.
